Life Is Too Short

Hello Readers,

Life is short.  Don’t wait until it’s too late to realise how precious life is because your life begins right now.  When you stop wanting for things or certain lifestyle, you will begin to start living and enjoying what is on offer.  Remember, what is meant for you will not by pass you.  If you are meant to do something or to be in a friendship, relationship or anything, you will be.

We have to allow ourselves to be loved by the people who really love us, the ones that really matter.  Too much of the time we are blinded by our own pursuits of people that don’t matter, they probably don’t even care about us.  So much time is wasted hankering over people who are so very unsuitable and who will only cause and add to more heartache. Life is too short to waste worrying about what other people think of you.  In the first place, if they had better things going on in their lives, they wouldn’t have the time to sit around talking about you and sitting in judgement. What is important is not the opinions of others, but your own opinion of yourself.  Do you like who you are?  Are you proud of what you have become?  The most unhappiest people in this world are the ones who care the most what other people think.

Lots of things can be fixed, but many times relationships between people cannot be fixed, because they should not be fixed.  If two people are not on ‘The same page’, and travelling in different directions, they should not force themselves to be together.  It’s a recipe for disaster and unhappiness, but very often this is not accepted until it’s too late. Life is too short to be miserable.

You have got this life and while you have got it, make the most of it.  Kiss like you have never been kissed before, hold someone’s hand and tell them you love them, because you may not get another chance.  Look into people’s eyes when you speak to show that you mean what you say.  Don’t break promises because that is so bad.  Do you really want people to lose faith and confidence in you?  Be the good Samaritan by offering help, assistance and support wherever possible because you never know when you  might need help one day.

Look after your health, because it really is your wealth and above all, love yourself.  Every second you spend on doubting your self-worth, every moment you use to criticise yourself is a second of your life wasted, it’s a moment that you have thrown away and can never regain again.  So don’t waste any of those precious seconds and moments, instead, enjoy living, breathing, loving and sharing.

Your time on this earth is limited, so don’t waste it trying to live someone else’s life or try to make it better for people who don’t even deserve you.  Some people are so busy working themselves into the ground that they even forget that they have a life.  If you tell them to wake up and ‘smell the flowers’, they haven’t a clue what you are talking about and then one day, it’s too late because time has run out.

Focus your life on making it better for yourself and for those who love you because one day, you will wake up and there won’t be any more time left to do all the things you wanted.  But what would you differently if you could really appreciate the imminence of death?  Do you really need to have a near death experience to truly feel the fragility of life?

Until Next Week,

Love and Light,

Linda and The Lulas xxx
