Abandon the idea that you will forever be the victim of all the things that have happened to you. Choose to be a victor standing tall and proud in the face of adversity. Embracing responsibility is key to overcoming the mindset of victimhood and self-pitying sorrow. You are not a victim, you are still here, living and breathing. You may have been challenged, deeply hurt, betrayed, betrayed and discouraged, but nothing has succeeded in defeating you. You have no real reason to continually validate yourself to others. It’s time to shake off any notions of self-doubt whilst recognising your innate ability to survive and weather any storms that you may encounter.
There are always those people who spend far too much time and energy gossiping and finding others to blame for their own shortcomings and subsequent demise. It’s so easy to be dragged into other people’s misdemeanours which isn’t good for your mental and emotional health. Instead, choose to deal with situations diplomatically whilst dissolving the influence of negative thinking which can lead to thoughts of self-sabotage and depression. As long as you are convinced that the cause of all your problems have nothing at all to do with your decisions and actions, you will never learn humility or how to deal with challenges and upsets as they arise. Whilst your current standing becomes even more hopeless, you will forever exist in the role of victim and function in a delusional state of insane paradise. Never say that you can’t do something, or that it is impossible, despite how discouraging or hopeless it may all appear on the surface. There is a solution to every problem. Patience is the key to solving the problems.
We are limited only by what we allow ourselves to be limited by. We are each the masters of our own destiny, and when we understand and accept this fact, success will present itself on a silver platter. If you believe you can succeed, you will and if you don’t, you won’t. Every new day is an opportunity to start afresh. Never allow your history to interfere with your future plans because yours is the voice of vast experience. You have the power and wherewithal to reshape your life by releasing yourself from the poisonous grip of self-loathing whilst embracing the truth of your greatness. You will only live a mundane or mediocre life if you choose to.
We all have choices. You can either be a victim or a pioneering adventurer of the new world in search of treasure depending on how you view your position and social standing. if something scares you, it might be a good thing to try new ways and exploring possibilities. Perhaps the most dangerous risk of all is the probability of spending the rest of your life not following your soul path on the bet you can buy yourself the freedom to do it later. Time is nonrefundable and for some people, tomorrow will never come.
