Hello Readers,

The arrival of Easter is more than just about chocolate bunnies, Easter hunts and packing your suitcases ready for a much deserved holiday. It’s about celebrating a fresh new start. It is meant to be a symbol of hope, renewal, a new life and the promise of a second chance. It’s about peace, love and family.

Easter represents a very important time of contemplation, reflection and resurrection. The word resurrection means that the worst thing is never the last thing and the symbol of the phoenix rising out of the ashes represents our hope in the resurrection. It means, better things are coming.  It’s a time to start focusing your energies on what matters in life and making a conscious decision to make improvements by distancing yourself from who and what no longer serves a purpose. This is the time you can really be honest with yourself about how you live your life now and how you see yourself living your life in the future.  It’s a time for self-discovery and for getting to know who you really are as a person and to love and accept yourself unconditionally. It’s also a time for recognising the good and bad traits in others and whether or not you feel able to continue certain friendships and associations. Make yourself a promise never to allow anyone to undermine nor get away with underestimating you ever again.

Now is your time to make all those wonderful new plans for the future and start living a life totally different to your old one. May this be just the beginning of a magnificent period of transformation because there is no greater wealth in this life than peace of mind.

May you feel the hope of new beginnings, love and happiness during this joyful Easter holiday and let the resurrection of joy lift you from loneliness, weakness and turn despair into strength.
