Hello Readers,
On your darkest days do not try to see the end of the tunnel by looking too far ahead. Instead, focus only on where you are, right now, at this moment in time, then carefully take one step at a time by placing just one foot in front of the other, and before you know it, you will have turned that corner. One foot, then the other, don’t look at all five feet or the next three miles at once, just take one step. And when you’ve taken that step, take one more. Eventually you’ll make it to your front door, tomorrow and next year too, just one step at a time. The slower you go, the further you will travel.
Whatever you did today is enough. Whatever you felt today is valid. Whatever you thought today isn’t for others to judge you. You alone are responsible for your own happiness, in fact, you create and attract energy towards you depending on your mindset and how you feel about yourself and others. You manifest it by what you wish for because you are the architect of your reality, no one else. You choose your thoughts, your perceptions and your reactions to all external forces. You alone possess all of the tools needed to expand your awareness, to orchestrate the evolutions of your consciousness and to choose happiness and love above all else. Every time you judge others, you reveal an unhealed parts of yourself which need addressing. There are two reasons why we don’t trust people. Firstly we don’t know them and secondly we know them only too well, but it’s highly unlikely that they know us at all.
Life these days is completely unpredictable, stressful, and chaotic, so don’t let the fear of what could or might happen become the reality of what’s happening in this very moment. Focus on the next right step you can take that gives you the chance to become closer to your goal, and always be vigilant about keeping your mind in the here and now because that’s where your power lies. Remember that every new day is filled with opportunities to help you to fulfil your dreams.
The only people who deserve to be in your life are those who treat you with respect and honour. Even the longest book is read, and was read one word at a time, and the most prolific writer writes only one word at a time. Your personal growth is the only thing that matters. You own and write your story, no one else does nor can they. Believe in your unique steps up the mountain of hope and faith, and so use your power wisely.
