Listen To Your Inner Voice

Hello Readers,

Our bodies have five senses, touch, smell, taste, sight, hearing.  However, it is also important not to overlook what are the senses of our soul. Intuition, peace, foresight, trust and empathy. The differences between people lie in their use of these senses. Most people are unaware of even the existence of their inner senses, whilst a few rely on them to guide them through life. In other words, they trust and follow their intuition. It’s a mistake to just rely on understanding everything with your mind because our minds are very limited. It’s important to listen to your gut feelings, your intuition, because although other people will let you down, your inner voice never will. Deep down within us all is a fount of wisdom. This is called intuition, but listening to your intuition is a very slow, learnt process because not everyone listens to that tiny voice or feeling that will tell you when you should or should not have done something. Our inner wisdom is persistent, yet quiet, always whispering to you but it will never stop knocking at your door. Once you start trusting that inner voice or feeling, you will find it helping you to avoid all sorts of difficult situations and confrontations. It will suddenly become more than just a mindless parrot perched on your shoulder reminding you that you have ‘messed up again’ after the event. It’s important that you don’t allow the voice of others opinions drown out your inner voice. You are the master of yourself and only you have the keys to open the inner locks. Trust what your inner voice is telling you because it’s your soul pointing you in the right direction and if you are in any doubt about anything or anyone, keep on questioning, keep on searching. Never leave a stone unturned until you discover the truth and never grant someone the power to silence your inner voice. Always do your best to be yourself because self-discovery of you inner self is the path to your destiny.

We always know which is the best road to follow, but we make the biggest mistakes when we only follow the road that we know.
