HELLO READERS
Make your life extraordinary by shunning the ordinary. Never run with the crowd, instead, stand your ground. Given enough time, they will begin to follow you one by one, but by then it might be too late because the heart had its reasons. There is much to be said for being different, unique and beyond comparison. Plunge bravely into the thick of life and seize opportunities to pursue your dreams with a passion because they won’t last indefinitely. Here today, gone tomorrow.
Try to live in the present as you bravely launch yourself on every high wave whilst endeavouring to find your true-life purpose. How useful it would be to stand on every busy street corner, hat in hand, begging people to throw you all their wasted hours because time can never be retrieved. When it has gone, it’s gone forever. It’s only the foolish who stand on their island of opportunities and look towards other horizons for something better, because of course the grass is always greener over yonder until they get there, such is their shortsightedness. There is no promised land filled with milk and honey, and neither is there any other life but the one you are living now. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
It’s never too late to start over again and invite miracles to enhance your existence. Life is only as good as you make it, and you are only ever one decision away from a totally different outcome, but equally, you are the only person who can choose which direction to go in next. So many people are disappointed whilst waiting around for saviours to magically manifest out of thin air and ‘make a difference’ to their dissatisfaction and torment. Often, they are too preoccupied with other unnecessary incidentals to help themselves. They display vexation when their expectations are not met, often hoping to get something for nothing whilst unprepared to give anything back in return.
It’s a one-way ticket, you give, they take.
It’s time to rewrite the rules by refusing to be used as a convenience. You are not their entertainment nor their keeper: Do not waste your breath on the wretched and ignorant because it will get you nowhere. Choose to sort your own stuff out with diligence and a semblance of order. You will get far more done by working industriously and will feel less mentally and emotionally hampered by trivia and exhausted as a result. Letting people know where your boundaries are will help you to foster healthier relationships. Not allowing your fortress to become unhinged, unbalanced or a place where resentment or other negative feelings can creep in will keep you safe from roaming predators and other undesirables. You hold the key to your golden future.
Nothing in this life is free, everything must be earned and worked for, sometimes at a very high price. You can be a good person with a kind heart and still refuse entrance to toxic people and situations. There are great changes to be experienced once you learn the power of protecting your sanctuary. Stop allowing outsiders to control, limit, repress, or discourage you from living your best life. You will never find enough time to do everything, so start prioritising items on your list of important matters and start as you mean to go on.
Rather than expect others to understand you, start understanding yourself. Look in the mirror and promise yourself there will be no more waiting around, chasing or humiliation. Seize the day and put the least possible trust in tomorrow because future is promised to no one. Spend your time wisely because you cannot take it with you. Become the love you need and choose yourself to the exclusion of all others.
‘Death twitches my ear;
Live,’ he says…
I’m coming.’
Love and light,
