Spiritual Awakening

Hello Readers,

It is nearly always when we are in the midst of experiencing tremendous despair and stress that we become willing to consider alternative deeper spiritual learning. This is because we are desperately looking for answers in an effort to find ourselves.

Most spiritual awakening is due to a total disappointment of what is happening in our lives and sometimes some of the most hardest and most difficult, traumatising experiences can prove to be blessings in disguise, but the journey is a very long and testing one to walk.

Spiritual awakening is not something you achieve, it is something that happens very slowly and gradually. The spiritual journey is about unlearning fear and self doubt and the acceptance of love and what is meant to be. Our greatest need is for love and acceptance which is what spiritual understanding brings. As you start to grow calmer and more detached from outside negativity and your thoughts become far deeper than ever before, your intuition is encouraged to develop because you are allowing your inner voice to speak to you, and for once in your life, you are starting to listen to the wisdoms and truths you must learn and put into practice. It’s at this point that spiritual awakening takes place and will spread right across your whole life. When you are evolving into a higher self, the road may seem lonely at times, but that is because you are shedding the energies that no longer match the frequency of your destiny, so it’s important to always be selective with the company you keep by keeping your inner circle small, sacred and pure.

Being spiritual has nothing to do with what you believe and everything to do with your state of consciousness. Happiness cannot be owned, travelled to nor bought or taught. Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace and attitude. Nothing ever exists entirely alone because everything is in relation to everything else.

If you head down the path of spiritual awakening, you will start to see the light and if you sit very quietly and patiently, it’s possible to have the mind so calm and still that you can hear the sound of the trees when there is no wind.
