Hello Readers,
Nothing travels faster than the speed of light with the possible exception of bad news, which obeys its own special laws. Success is a slow process and quitting doesn’t speed it up. It’s a mistake to think that moving faster is the same as actually going somewhere. Sometimes the faster you go, the more details you will miss. Haste makes waste.
It’s better to go slow in the right direction than go too fast in the wrong lane, you could miss an important turning in the road. There is more to life than simply increasing its speed. If everything is seemingly under control, then you are going at the exact right pace. Every flower blooms at a different pace. You cannot hurry nor rush nature. What is meant for you will never go past you, but only at the exact, precise time.
In a world addicted to speed, many beautiful moments will blur into a smear or be lost in translation. Some people will put up with anything as long as it doesn’t block the traffic. Slow and steady will get you where you want to go. If you put too much pressure on yourself for quick results, you will probably give up too prematurely and regress and regret instead of making any positive progress.
When your world moves too fast and you find yourself lost in all the chaos, then its time to reacquaint yourself with the earth beneath your feet. We can only move forwards one day at a time, no faster. There are people who will always pile on the pressure and tell you to hurry up and get a move on. Not always good advice because if you go forwards too quickly you will miss the important lessons that life is trying to teach you, and obviously they haven’t learned them otherwise they wouldn’t be steamrollering you into making some very expensive mistakes.
The people who are always charging around at warp speed going from one project to another, one house or country to another, job, relationship or friendship time after time without a breather are the ones who are not at peace with themselves. Until they find themselves, they will never be happy.
Slow down, you are not in a race, you do not have to prove anything to anyone. The slower you go, the further you will get. Allow your mind to flow with the energy and see where it takes you. Always remember, in this life, the tortoise always wins the race.
