HELLO READERS
All through our years we seem to fight a continuous battle with fear and dread brought on by a lack of self-belief insecurities and the confidence to know better. Our past experiences don’t only consist of marks and battle scars left behind, but a narrative of the difficulties we were forced to endure which demonstrate our resilience and determination to survive against all odds. In many cases words alone cannot justifiably describe the effect other people’s behaviour, betrayals have had upon us but is the reason how we have arrived at this point in time today. Only we know the truth of what happened to us, and rest assured that Karma never forgets an address.
There is no greater illusion than trusting someone who is fake only to be disappointed when their mask begins to crack and crumble revealing the truth. Watch them as they run for the hills hiding away to avoid being caught and questioned. Ignorance and apathy are two of the main causes of failure. This happens when a person simply cannot be bothered to make an effort, so they don’t. More often than not they are more afraid of the unknown than they dare to admit, so they roll out the excuses and lies as an attempt to escape blame, preferring to pile it all onto unsuspecting innocents. Some people are not so much worried by real problems as they are of imaginary anxieties being played out involving real issues and their difficulties in separating facts from fiction. Our nightmares do not necessarily arise from thinking about the future, but from wanting to be in control, even though this may not always be possible, and may never even happen.
Decisions based on impulse and a distinct lack of consideration for others are often doomed to non-performance and failure. Before committing to anything, always do your research, taking your time because a wrong move could prove expensive, if not disastrous. What will be will be, so gently go with the flow of the energy without losing your faculties. To overcome fear, you must discover a way to go through it, not around it. If you feel morbid about the cost and sacrifices which must be made, perhaps it is wiser to put on the brakes and wait awhile until the weather changes. Mistakes are often made when finer details are overlooked, and the mind is scrambled.
Most people we are in the habit of exaggerating, dramatizing and anticipating the worst-case scenarios. They are reluctant to shift their thoughts and vibrations onto a much higher spiritual level, so they remain in their stagnant world of victimhood where no one is particularly interested, and yet so much damage is done. It is so easy to expend an enormous amount of time and energy fretting over the wrong people and things that do not matter. This process is how we manage to create even more problems for ourselves rather than focusing on the facts and dealing with them accordingly. If you are often pained and inconvenienced by external influences, it is not they that disturb you, but your own judgement and perception of them which is the root cause of all your unrest. It is in your capacity to reclaim your power and gain control over anything if you approach matters from a different perspective.
It is ruinous for the mind and soul to be consumed and engulfed by constant feelings of anxiety because immersing yourself in its grasp means that you will never rest easily nor find inner peace. If you live in fear of what doesn’t even exist, then you are already attracting negative influences towards you that could ultimately manifest illusion into reality.
Worry is the rust upon the blade that harms you the most, whereas fear can cloud your judgement by obscuring the truth.
‘Shadows loom in the corners of mind,
Dark fears, their edges unkind,
Yet with a brave heart, I find,
A light within, not confined.
Each shadow faced, less daunting it seems,
Light of courage, through darkness gleams,
In this battle, my spirit redeems,
Fears dissolve, like morning dreams.
Where once shadows ruled the night,
Now stands a soul, bright and light,
No longer lost in frightful plight,
In my heart, courage takes flight.’
LOVE AND LIGHT,
