Life is a complex tapestry woven into every fibre of our body in different colours, strengths, textures, roughly or smoothly by the decisions we make and the consequences we must be accountable for. The importance of any memory is measured by the happiness or sorrow it holds. All occurrences are real and cannot be ignored or denied indefinitely, although many people would prefer to erase certain events because of their context. It is our approach and how we deal with people and situations that will determine our future success. Sometimes the only way to find yourself is to get completely lost, and then discover a new way out of the labyrinth of the darkest shadows. Everything happens for a reason and so we must learn to endure and overcome. Challenges and tests of self-belief require high degree of strengths and resiliencies, all of which are designed to teach us important life lessons and our capabilities. Life is a continual succession of old chapters closing whilst allowing new ones to commence, all of which must be lived to be understood. It’s important to understand that everything that happens is necessary for your personal development. There are no accidents nor coincidences in the universe, all happenings are precisely timed to happen at an exact moment in time, none of which can be changed, reversed nor avoided. Even no action is a powerful action because it allows all energies to flow the way they must.
Focus your mind for a while in complete silence. Think calm thoughts in order to relax and regain control over external influences. Quietly observe the outside world without risking getting harmed, scarred or too badly bruised. Distance and disentangle yourself from toxicity and unnecessary stresses and dramas, all taking place on the peripheral stage. Time and nature ripen all things slowly, no one is born wise because everything must be learned. One day you will understand that we are all connected to everything and everyone in some strange and obscure way. Other people’s opinions are irrelevant, so do stop prioritising them because there are no beneficial advancements to be made by relying upon them. Survival depends much on what you do, not what you say or promise.
For many years you didn’t trust yourself enough. If you believe the noises of the doubters rather than the silences of your own mind and soul, you will be lost in purgatory. Perhaps you will finally stop caring for the undeserving and start conserving your precious time and energy for better causes. Talk with the broken ones because they will teach you how to live alone, how to finish and when to start all over again.
You may never know of the life you didn’t choose. You will only know that whatever happened did because it had to. It was the ghost ship that embarked upon a voyage into the unknown without you that made you into the person you are today, so there is nothing left to do but to salute what might have been, and never was, from the seashore.
