Do What’s Right For You

Hello Readers,

Intuition is always right in two important ways. It’s always in response to something and it always has your best interests at heart. There is no such thing as chance. Everything happens as a result of ’cause and effect’, so what you do now creates your future. It’s not the strongest nor the most intelligent who will survive, but those who can best manage ‘change’. Survival is not about being fearless, it’s about making a decision and getting on with it and never ever giving up. We don’t know how strong we are until we are forced to dig deep and deeper still in times of adversity and out of necessity it is possible to do amazing things.

  • If it feels wrong, don’t do it. So many people go against their gut instincts because they are afraid of upsetting someone, or they simply do not have any faith in their own decision making, very often leaving it to others to decide for them.
  • Say exactly what you mean, nothing more, nothing less. No need to go round and round in circles when trying to explain something, just say it and move on.
  • Don’t be a people pleaser. You won’t earn any brownie points or extra respect if you continuously bow and scrape before others in order to please them, because you can bet your bottom dollar that they won’t put themselves out to please you in return.
  • Never speak badly about anyone. How people speak about others is the perfect example of how they will speak about you once your back is turned.
  • Never give up on your dreams. You don’t necessarily need academic qualifications to be successful, but what you do need is imagination and the ability to visualise how you see yourself in the future.
  • Don’t be afraid to say no. Never do anything against your will or better judgement because you will only regret it later.
  • Don’t be afraid to say yes. If you really want to do something, then do it and give it your best shot.
  • Stay away from as much drama and negativity as possible. There are two types of people in this world. The joy givers and the joy drainers. Which camp do you prefer to associate with?
  • Love yourself. First and foremost, be your own best friend. If you love and care about yourself, then others will love and care about you.
  • Believe in yourself. The mind is a powerful tool. You are what you think and you become what you think about.

Until Next Week
