Gratitude

Hello Readers,

The secret to having it all is knowing you already do.

Gratitude is the healthiest of all human emotions and the more you express gratitude for what you have, the more likely you will be blessed with to express gratitude even more. However, so many people suffer from a huge gratitude gap. They know they should be grateful, but are held back because they allow negative events to overshadow the positive ones. Gratitude is a state of mind and an attitude which isn’t dependent on good things happening. Rather, grateful people make sure that they see the good in whatever they have. Their cup is half full, not half empty. Different moments in life bring different reasons to be happy, but the secret is to capture what you have, when you have it.

‘Thank you’ is the best prayer that anyone could say because ‘thank you’ expresses extreme gratitude, humility and understanding. Even feeling thankful for the smallest ray of sunshine or spending time with loved one can make such a difference to how you feel and what kind of energy you will begin to attract towards yourself. The struggle ends when gratitude begins. It’s not the joy that makes us feel grateful, it’s the gratitude that makes us joyful. When we focus on all that we should feel thankful for, the tide of disappointment goes out and the tide of love rushes in.

Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today and creates a vision for tomorrow. Have faith in your journey. Everything had to happen exactly as it did to get you where you are going next.

Gratitude changes everything.
