Never Look Back

Hello Readers,

Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is never to look back because what belongs in the past must be left there. What is done is done, what has been said has been said and the only way left is to go forwards.

Remorse is a terrible burden to bear and one of the worst punishments in this life. To wish you can turn the clock back on something you have done can be torturous and painfully but what is done cannot be undone and all that has been said cannot be unsaid. We are all guilty of reminiscing and wishing we had done things differently but what is destined to be will always be because we all have tough life lessons to learn. We only irritate ourselves when we try to scratch an itch that no longer exists. Looking back through life you will find the pleasure of achieving your dreams is always greater than the pain you met whist achieving them. The only time you should ever look back is to see how far you have come. If you have left without a reason, never go back with an excuse and never ever consider going back unless you are planning to stay there. Being ashamed or embarrassed about your past is absolutely insane. Learn from it, don’t allow it to destroy you, instead, grow, develop and evolve, stand alone and be proud of who you are.

New day, new love, new way of thinking every morning you wake up and start the day.
