No matter what, never underestimate the power of prayer, love and faith because light always triumphs over the darkness. If the only prayer you said was ‘thank you, showing genuine, heartfelt gratitude, that would be enough.

Do not pray for an easy life, pray for the strength to endure a difficult one and the love and guidance to weather any storms. We cannot always sail on the lake of tranquillity. We must learn to navigate our journey safely through the rough times and the smooth. Fear is the glue that keeps you stuck. Faith, love and hope are the solvents that sets you free.

Prayer is powerful. It can heal and change your life. Believe in the power of dreams. In times of emotional or physical hardship, it’s easy to feel hopeless, but with faith and self belief, all things are possible.
