Realisation

Hello Readers,

As you start to grow, spiritually evolve and progress you begin to realise and understand so much more in life than when you were younger and dafter. Not everyone appreciates that our health is our wealth. They take life for granted and don’t even think about planning for the future because in their minds, they are always going to remain exactly the same forever and ever and that its other people that grow older or become ill, never them, because to them, life is just one big party or joke. It’s the ‘easy come easy go’ mentality.

For instance, just take a look at how many people choose friends and partners simply by their looks, status, bank balance and by what they own? How many times have you heard people say that they want to meet someone rich and never have to work again? They want to be part of the ‘in crowd’ and classed as one of the ‘beautiful people’ because to them, money and image is vitally important. They harp on about winning the lottery when all along they just cannot see nor appreciate that they have already won the lottery by appreciating to be alive, have a roof over their heads, food on the table and not shackled to some rusty old radiator in a dungeon and forgotten about.

Owning expensive toys and forever competing with others distracts people from what is really important. They are so busy being busy, busy, busy and bragging, bragging, bragging that they hardly ever listen to what is being said, rarely read letters or greetings cards carefully and thoroughly and so ‘miss the message’ and unless the conversations are ‘about them’ they are not terribly interested in what is happening to anyone else. Having ‘nice things’ is fine, but not important. If you find ‘nice things’ on your list of ‘needs’, then it’s time to re-evaluate and get your priorities right and if you are associating with such types of individuals, then perhaps you need to take a good long hard look at what you are doing and why you find these shallow types and their fickle lifestyles so appealing? Unfortunately, most people don’t realise until they look in the mirror years later and see someone on the outside so much different than what they were years ago that they start to panic, slap expensive creams on their faces and worry endlessly about their image that they fail to understand that what is on the inside will always glow and show on the outside. No amount of cosmetic assistance is able to camouflage the soul that lies within. You just have to study person that little bit more carefully and deeper to see and recognise this.

It’s important to understand that in life, it’s not about what you look like or what you own, it’s about the sort of person you have become. How many people can honestly look in the mirror and like what they see? If you don’t like what you see, change it. There is no time like the ‘now’ to re direct your life and your thinking. Beauty on the outside fades and material things are just that, material, that can come and go and disappear forever in an instant, so always be true to yourself. It does not matter what other people think of you, it’s your opinion of yourself that is important.

Until Next Week,

Love and Light,
