When You Can Live Forever, What Do You Live For?

Hello Readers,

Beauty is an image of eternity gazing at itself in a mirror, but you are eternity, and you are the mirror.

The choices you make now, the people you surround yourself with all have the potential to affect your life one way or another.

We are all travellers on a cosmic journey, stardust, swirling, dancing in the lights in whirlpools of infinity. Life is everything and there is no beginning and no end. Sometimes we stop for a moment to encounter each other, to meet and greet, to fall in love, to share life’s joys and learn about togetherness, about what’s important and what is not. These are precious moments to be cherished forever. They are some of the things that money cannot buy.

When a loved one dies and passes through the veil of eternity, they will walk by your side and wait for you forever. No matter how long, they will watch from beyond to make sure you live every year you have to its fullest, and then you will have so much to talk about when you are both finally reunited in heaven, together forever.

From our rotting remains, flowers shall grow, and we become part of the cycle of life because nothing really dies. That is eternity. The saddest thing of all is to be worth only a minute in someone’s life when you’ve made them your world and loved them beyond comprehension. We do not need to grieve for the dead, rather, we grieve for ourselves, our sad loss and own pain and sorrow. When they have gone, part of us ceases to live, something of ourselves dies with them. They are now in a place where there is no more shadow, darkness, loneliness, isolation, or pain. They are home, waiting the day when we reunited together again. The life of the dead is set in the memory of the living. They are in your every breath and every thought, intertwined so deep inside that love’s not a strong enough word to describe the intensity of the feeling. They have your devotion, their name branded on your soul. Nothing will ever be enough, you both want eternity because the love between you will never die. No matter how hard you try, you can’t close your heart forever, and the minute you open it up, you never know what’s going to come into your life next.

When something wonderful happens, you just have to go with the flow because if you don’t, there’s no point in going on. Every time you do a good deed you shine a brilliant light a little farther into the darkness. When you’re gone, that light is going to keep shining on, in your name, pushing the shadows back so that others can see the path of goodness more clearly.

‘When forever becomes a place, when forever ceases to be just a word, when it ceases to be just a measurement of time but instead becomes a place where soul mates can dance to the song in their hearts, that is a reflection of true love. We have only a little time to please the living. But all eternity to love the dead’.

L’éternité, c’est long … surtout vers la fin.

(Eternity, life, time)

Love and light,
