Embrace Your Power

Hello Readers,

Often our personal power is challenged. People try to play mind games, but if you are strong, to no avail.  Do we resign to failure or do we stand our ground and fight to the end? It’s always a choice. We can overcome fear as long as we believe in ourselves and our inner strength and courage is the key to all good and positive things.

You have the power to heal your life, and you need to know that. We often think that we are helpless, but in truth, we are not. It’s a lack of self-belief that causes us to feel this way. We always have the power of our mind and the willpower to survive.

To feel more alive, you first have to be less afraid of your own shadow. Success is failure turned inside out depending on how you look at things. All things have a polar opposite. Nothing is ever that straightforward. Become so inwardly confident that nothing can disturb your peace. Devote so much time to the improvement of yourself that you have no time to criticise others nor dwell on meaningless negativity. What is done is done and cannot be undone.

There is a power that can kill the spirit whilst the other nourishes the soul. The first is power over something or someone and the other is personal power over yourself. Attempting to constantly control everything around you is not only exhausting, but also doomed to fail. The real achievement is by remaining in control of yourself in all circumstances and not caving into provocation. The measure of any person is decided by their character, the choices they make and the company they keep. Never allow other people to decide who you are or put labels on you otherwise you risk losing your identity whilst giving all your power to them.

Personal power is the ability to stand on your own two feet with a smile on your face in the middle of a universe that contains a million ways to crush you. Your breath is your power and whether you realise it or not, you derive all your personal power from just staying alive. People never know what they are capable of until all other options have run out.

No one can cast you out of the home in your heart. No one can be you, and neither can you be them.
