Life is always happening now, this minute, with every second that passes by. The World never stops spinning around, evolving, dying, regenerating and nurturing. The passage of time continues like a long river, never pausing nor stopping for anyone nor anything. The future is a continuation of the past as history repeats itself over and over again. We are constantly re writing history and re-enacting past dramas and experiences .There is nothing new. What is happening now also happened decades ago. At the same time we are continually changing the world we live in by inventing, destroying and rebuilding. The past is also in the now, and so is the future. Your life is happening and always occurring in the present moment, but your thoughts an be anywhere and it’s they that can drive you insane. Stay in the present, this is your life and only you can decide how you are going to live it.
As you think, so shall you be. Don’t live with dead thoughts because they cannot tell you anything new. What happened then is gone, done and finished. Move forwards because your future isn’t in the past. Step out of your comfort zone and embark on a new adventure. If you try something new you will immediately feel more joyful because you are actually doing something to remedy your situation. Just thinking isn’t going to make you feel better nor achieve anything substantial. Once you put the power of intention in place, then you will begin to reap rich rewards and positive results. There are occasions when its so easy to be more alert to negativity because we associate those memories and feelings with threat and past unhappiness. We are naturally tuned into survival. Everything has two sides, it’s called the universal law of polarity and opposites. There’s a positive side to anything negative and positive.
The direction we face is where we tend to go, and it’s easy to look back at your mistakes without consciously realising that we are headed in that direction all over again. Energy flows wherever your focus goes, so do not focus on anything you do not want because that will actually increase the odds of you getting them. Focus on the things you do want, face in their direction, get aligned and act in accordance with the energy connecting to them.
Sorrow prepares you for joy.
Just remember that you are a living being deserving of happiness and that in itself should be enough. It’s not about being perfect, it’s about making an effort to be the best version of yourself. When you demonstrate positive intentions every single day that’s when miraculous transformations take place and how change happens. You never really see how toxic someone is until you breathe fresher air when you are no longer around them. It was never the feeling of completeness that you so needed, but the feeling of not being empty.
As time goes by you realise, upon reflection, that you were not always right and there were so many instances you could have handled differently, so many situations where you could have been kinder and more understanding. All you can really do is forgive yourself and let your errors of judgment make you a better person.
It is in silence where you will find truth. All you have to do is look for it.

Not a gain was ever made while shoving someone else aside.
In the course of stopping others, our momentum is denied.
When we find the good in others, praising them for who they are,
we build speed for one another. We’re both able to go far.
