Hitting Rock Bottom

Hello Readers,

There are moments in our lives when we all feel we have hit rock bottom and just about had enough. Life is tough enough with all the everyday challenges that we are all expected to deal with head on, without complaint, when suddenly we are hit with even more stuff from out of the blue, no warning, no nothing.

When it feels like you have been let down and the world has betrayed you, including certain people who are in it, it can be difficult if not nigh on impossible to feel cheerful and chirpy. What is important is how you intend to survive the storms and how you plan to get through them in one piece.

We don’t always get what we want in this life, some of which is blighted with red tape, rules and regulations and restrictions that others put upon us, but it’s a case of either shut up and put up or put your best foot forward. Rock bottom can be the solid foundation on which to start rebuilding a completely new and different life totally different to the one you were existing in previously.

Its only after we have lost everything that we are free to start again and do absolutely anything we want to, so rock bottom can be a very beautiful start, it just depends on how you look at it because most people only start making significant life changes after they have experienced rock bottom and it’s taken that to show them what inner core strength they really have and that nothing is impossible, but you will never know until you try.
