Each moment of our life is a continuation of work in progress. Every situation is temporary, so when things are going well, make sure you enjoy each precious moment with gratitude. When circumstances becomes challenging, just remember that nothing last forever and that everything will change over time. Whilst it can sometimes be difficult to make the right decision, we must stop and think carefully about our choices and subsequent consequences because there will always be a price to pay. Avoiding the truth won’t get you anywhere except initiating extreme frustration, anger. bitterness and regret at your procrastination.
Mundaneness and strategic planning plays an important role in organising projects. Careful, methodical procedure is essential if tasks are to be executed successfully. Preparations made today will save you hours tomorrow. Last minute panicking often means overlooking, forgetting and making costly errors of judgment. Haste makes waste, so the slower you go, the further you will travel. Always pace yourself by going at your own comfortable speed. Never allow others to rush, push or overwhelm you. Refuse to accept their menacing behaviour. Without leaps of faith, imagination and bursts of euphoric enthusiasm, we stand to lose the momentum of getting started. Achievement lies not in enhancing what is, but in advancing towards what might be as long as we don’t give up and surrender halfway. The only failure is not to try.
There might be times when we are forced to depend upon others, sometimes reluctantly, but when help is needed, it’s sensible to reach out. How often have you arranged a meeting only to become increasingly annoyed when people are late in making an appearance, cancelling at the very last minute, or quite simply, not even showing up at all without even an explanation or apology? Their lack of consideration diminishes all confidence in their sincerity. In such cases, engage other people who are more interested and reliable.
Chaos seems to play a great part in other people’s lives. Everyone is in such an enormous hurry either coming or going somewhere, anywhere and nowhere. Try to avoid conflict and confrontation by leaving things as they are because it is easier. Often the noise and fuss is too loud and overbearing, so much so that nothing gets done. These kinds of occurrences have probably been happening in your life for years, but now it’s time to take charge and decide who deserves to be in your team and who to block before it’s too late. Start by eliminating the negative thinkers, joy drainers and hangers on because they waste time and money. You have a life to live and missions to accomplish, and by establishing some very firm boundaries you will start to notice certain people falling away by the wayside and remaining there, where they belong. Neve chase anyone. The test is to see who stays and who goes.
The more we study and educate ourselves, the more knowledgeable and self-sufficient we become. To understand the things that are already at our door is the best foundation to build up a life of purpose and prosperity. The ending of any relationship or season is a time of important preparation, recovery and one of great healing. Start a process of gentle elimination whilst waiting for new doors to open. The ability to simplify means to expel the unnecessary so that the necessary can speak freely.
As you wait for better days, don’t forget to enjoy today, because the first day of the rest of your life has already started. Never give up on yourself, no matter where you are or what you are doing. Believe in your worth, your value, and your truth. Winners never quit, and quitters never win.
