Hello Readers,

Accept the fact that you are different and that you are a deep feeler and thinker, not everyone is. Realise that you are tuned into a different frequency and that you sense things that others don’t, and perhaps never will. Walk away from dull, meaningless conversations that bore you rigid because you have better things to do with your time. Never again hold yourself back from pursuing any of your interests and goals because from today onwards, you have chosen to stop being a people pleaser. We must all take personal responsibility for our actions, so rather than live in constant denial, face up to your own destructions and marvel at the ruins whilst you begin to evolve to a greater self and happier for the experience.

It’s right to crave freedom and independence. The ones who have entrapped themselves in their own invisible prisons probably won’t understand you, but they will look upon you enviously. You have come a long way to be you, so don’t spoil your progress now by regressing back into your old ways. What is done is done and it’s all been said, and now it’s your turn to start living. The world wants you exactly as you are because it’s your spirituality that helps to hold the balance in this crazy world.

Love yourself to enough to speak out when something is so completely and utterly wrong and promise never to act like a doormat again because you won’t get any medals for it. Those who have been hurt the most have the greatest ability to heal, and you are one of them.

If you are reading this, congratulations because you made it to waking up today. Keep putting love out into the universe because it’s coming back at you with more rewards and golden opportunities to start over again than you probably ever realised.
