You Can Do It

HELLO READERS,

Life is about accepting the challenges along the way and choosing to keep moving forwards whilst savouring the journey. You constantly tested by all kinds of significant events and people, but you will never discover your true potential until you challenge yourself to go beyond imposed limitations. When things do not go your way, remember that every obstacle and every adversity contain within it the seeds of opportunity and growth. Only those who dare to fail greatly can ever achieve anything greatly.

A good character is the only guarantee of everlasting carefree happiness. We must ultimately be aware of our own circumstances to understand all the chances we are given for personal improvement and furthering our success. We take responsibility for the lives we want and always aim to express our inner soul. We must always conjure up the courage to face misfortune, even to face adversity and doing what we know is right. It’s having the bravery to risk ourselves for the sake of others and humanity, and to hold onto our principles, even when others are rewarded for not having any. It’s knowing that what we have is enough, not just in terms of material possessions, but also in our habits and abilities. We must always remain thankful for all that we have and everything that we need because one day it may be gone.

The most important person you will meet in life is your higher self, and there is no escaping that. Do not look for happiness outside of yourself because the awakened and enlightened seek happiness deep down within themselves. The most important journey of all is internal, not external. Life isn’t perfect for anyone. We all have our crosses to bear, but it’s also important to rest awhile. Take time out to meditate, reflect and heal. Self-care must come first if you are to find the strength to help others. You cannot serve from an empty vessel. The greatest challenge in life is to be our own person and accept that being different is a blessing and not a curse. Education is the way through so as not to live and act through ignorance and a lack of understanding.  It’s about knowing the difference.

A spiritually aware and enlightened person has no need to ask anyone for their opinion nor for direction because they instinctively know that they can trust their intuition. They have learned to believe in their own judgment. Never allow anyone to control you, never again agree to give your power away. We live in a field of infinite possibilities that are all there for the taking. In a world where so many are confused and numb to their own feelings, it’s important to embrace your sensitivity and show empathy and compassion to those who are struggling.

Whatever leaves your life will be replaced by something new. The secret is to be receptive to change because from the moment of conception, everything is at a different stage of development of growth and decay. Nothing can, nor does last forever. In the end everything goes back to sleep before it awakens again.

The challenges you face today will make you stronger tomorrow. Every experience is intended to make you better, not bitter, but not everyone sees it this way. To be your best self and live your best life, first you must live in accordance with your own personal values. Appreciation gratitude, resilience and determination are the foundations to rebuild your new life upon.
