Every person has a story and a wound that they seeks to heal. It is time to stop attacking the past versions of you. You were a different person then, and much water has flowed under your bridge to mature you. You were doing your best at the time and all your experiences brought you to the place where you have found yourself today. Upon reflection, it’s amazing just how much progress you have made and in which way you have grown, but never think that your past counts for nothing and your life has no meaning or value. Some people will begrudge your achievements because they feel threatened or jealous, so always pay attention to how they respond and react when they are around you. Not all well-wishers are genuine, and the quiet ones have no need to speak.
Sometimes the loudest cry of pain and anguish cannot be heard but felt in the deepest corners of your heart. The worst and deadliest wounds of all are not the ones which can be seen externally but are the ones that cause us bleed internally. There are those people who will never admit that they are wrong. They will twist words to suit the occasion and blame others at every juncture and should be avoided at all costs because their attitude erodes positivity. When we meditate, reflect and go within, we start the journey of liberation where our whole world begins to change as we are led towards freedom, harmony and peace. If you think that you must remove from your environment or from certain people because of how they make you feel, then you are right in doing so. Always follow your gut instincts. There will be occasions when certain people and events force you to be totally honest with yourself. Do you really think that if try to avoid reality that you will find inner peace? Wherever you go you must always take yourself with you, so if you don’t like nor love yourself, eventually your own mind will slowly drive you out of your mind causing more harm than good. The world is your laboratory, a place where you can practice on yourself and learn important life skills and techniques. There is no point attempting to escape challenges because it’s by overcoming phobias and fears that you will discover the path to inner peace and spiritual enlightenment.
You are not like other people because you bloom in darkness, so if your path demands that you walk through hell, at least walk stylishly as though you own the place. Beautiful things happen when you distance yourself from toxicity because when you choose peace, it also comes with a lot of goodbyes. The hard days you are currently going through are temporary because everything is in a state of change and development. Make the most of every opportunity to get your life back together and start living again because miracles do tend to happen when you least expect.
