Inner peace and contentment cannot be savoured until you listen to your heart and cease allowing the behaviour and opinions of others disturb your equilibrium. No one can hurt you without your permission, so, if need be, put down stronger boundaries sending out a clear message of your disinterest. Refuse to engage in other people’s pointless dramas because they are unconcerned about anything but themselves.

Learning to distance yourself from negativity is one of the most effective ways of preserving your sanity. Nothing gives one person so much advantage over another as remaining cool, calm and unruffled. We are all architects of our own success or demise. If you think about it, you will manifest it. Sometimes we must make difficult decisions and do what we feel is right, but our choices won’t please everyone. It’s always a good idea to take a chatoyant approach, viewing situations from different perspectives because there is always more than one side to a story. Rarely is any situation strictly black and white, life isn’t that simple. There are many shades of grey hidden in secret corners.

From the moment we are born we begin an extraordinary journey of self-discovery, one which is littered with many difficult challenges and obstacles that all serve to either make or break us. It takes a great deal of hard work, courage, perseverance and determination to survive in this dangerous world we call home. Very often, easier said than done depending upon the circumstances because each day presents a battle of one sort or another. When others deny your existence, that is the moment you elevate your energy to a higher frequency leaving them where they belong. You are no longer the person you once were because age and experiences change us. If people cannot see that, then it is their loss that those very changes have gone unnoticed. Never waste your time and words on the foolish.

Your shoulders are strong enough to carry what is next required of you. Move forwards with confidence with love and hope in your heart, deleting everything that no longer serves you well.
