Time, age and experience has a way of teaching us what really matters, and where our loyalties and responsibilities lie. Times of great uncertainty and feelings of wretchedness have all contributed to making us stronger, more resilient and resourceful. Never be the reason someone declines a meal, dreads sleeping or waking up. Never allow anyone to feel excluded or worthless because words and actions stay with us forever.
