When you accept that you are different, you immediately give yourself permission to explore new avenues of adventure and possibilities. Occasionally you are given the chance to turn your dreams into reality whilst discovering endless ways of enhancing your present position. Never again settle for anything less than you deserve by following your own path of destiny.
As you begin to develop more self-confidence and a higher self-esteem, you become increasingly aware of how your much your uniqueness can contribute to the world and the environment you are living in. Simultaneously, you start to appreciate a greater sense of presence in different societies whilst successfully building stronger and healthier relationships on all levels. You belong to no one but yourself.
Time and loved ones are both irreplaceable and priceless, whereas waste and material wealth can always be acquired if you have the mind to. Never be tempted to gamble with your life or with those whom you hold dear to your heart because the consequences could be dire, even devastating. Every life is irreplaceable if lost or destroyed because there is no substitute for another living being. Every breath is vital for our survival, and each moment counts for something and must never be taken for granted nor abused. Family is always irreplaceable, even when they are also irreconcilable.
You might be unique and special to some people, but perhaps not to those who don’t understand nor value your worth, which is their problem, not yours. Your contribution to the world matters enormously in varying degrees but always be mindful that regardless of where you might one day find yourself, you can never be duplicated. When we are gone, it’s all over and our legacy lives on by our survivors,
Being a complete and independent individual is the best possible position to be. Develop your own style and remain true to yourself always. Others may follow your example and learn a great deal, but they too must cultivate their own personality and work hard at refining their own talents and skills. We are all beautifully imperfect and no one else can walk in our shoes.
Some days you will bloom magnificently, and at other times go inwardly and grow deeper roots, but both are essential for your spiritual development. Every day you get to paint your life with a bit more colour and detail because everything changes and cannot remain the same. Accept yourself rather than constantly seeking approval from others, because after all, they don’t know you at all, and you don’t know them.
Become an eternal student of higher learning by remaining open minded and willing to absorb new information and ideas to become gifted academically and creatively. Immersing your mind, spirit and soul in literature, music and the arts will increase your understanding of the world and the secrets of the universe. Knowledge is power whereas ignorance is most certainly not bliss. If you only do things to impress others, you may never discover how much more you are truly capable of achieving, and what your true worth might be. Unless you try to do something beyond what you have already accomplished, you will never reach your true potential.
Believe in yourself and always keep your faith. Trust that you are capable of overcoming obstacles and challenges as they present themselves. There may be days when you feel like giving up because the burden carried is becoming too heavy but know that you are stronger than you often give yourself credit. Have the courage to venture forwards as your next move is outside your comfort zone.
To wish you were someone else is to waste the person you are.

Belonging to an asthmatic.
Being refused the refuge
Of sleeping on the couch.
A gouge in the wall
A long, scratched line
White smears across
A brand new, silver surface.
But we can’t sue,
