If you want to feel more successful and confident, then it’s time to rid yourself of anything, anyone and all the needless things that are clogging up your progress because they are now surplus to requirement. The more organised you train yourself to become by creating a better and healthier life balance, the more inwardly calm, peaceful and contented you are going to feel. Rather than sticking your head in a bucket of sand labelled ‘Denial’ in the hope of avoiding certain responsibilities and confrontations, start thinking about your long term plans and take some positive action with the intention of improving your current situation, whether it be personal, professional, or other. The time to start getting more organised is ‘Now’ because it’s the state of your mindset that will cause you to either feel relaxed and chilled or completely freaked out.
Plot your success by sticking to your plans, even under extreme conditions and refuse to be put off by negative comments some people like to make, because you are going somewhere and they aren’t going anywhere. Never be afraid to express your intentions no matter what distractions come your way, instead, show you have guts, courage and determination. Before too long, other people will begin to notice how you manage to win arguments and still get on with matters in hand assertively and with confidence. The certainty in your voice will be noticed immediately by others because you will start commanding respect and that way you will obtain positive results. By clearing a pathway in the direction you are visualising, you will succeed in driving your point home and at long last feel as though you are getting somewhere. Positive progress will be foremost in your mind and as time goes by you will begin to notice that people will be more willing to assist you in any way possible because they are starting to believe in you.
Wherever your head goes, the body will surely follow, and there is no time like the present. Always keep a notebook handy so that you can jot down ideas as you go along. Make lists and learn to say ‘no’ to anything and anyone that you know and feel is not right for you.
Always remember one very vital piece of information. If someone tells you that you cannot do something, it’s because they do not want you to succeed. They are subtly programming you to fail because they want you to rely on them instead of you evolving, developing and growing into becoming your own person. Ditch the victim mentality and start being yourself. Start projecting the real, positive, interesting, funny, warm beautiful you who has been locked inside somewhere for what feels like an eternity. It’s time to come out of hibernation and say hello to a ‘brave new world’.
A tidy home, a tidy working environment reflects a tidy mind, so if you really want to get ahead and start reaping rich rewards for all your efforts, there is no time like the present, so start as you mean to go on.
